By creating an account on MrLovesMrs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not have been previously banned from MrLovesMrs.
• You must be genuinely seeking a marriage-focused relationship.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• All information you provide must be truthful and accurate.
• You may not create multiple accounts.
• You may not impersonate another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content.
• Solicit money or financial information from other members.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes or spam.
• Upload photos that are not of yourself or that you do not have rights to.
• Share other members' information outside the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers.
• Attempt to circumvent safety features or restrictions.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, bio, messages). By uploading content, you grant MrLovesMrs a limited license to display it as part of the service. We may remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Safety & Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate content, suspend accounts, and ban users who violate these terms. Our moderation decisions are final. Users with 2 or more upheld reports may be permanently banned.

8. Limitation of Liability

MrLovesMrs provides a platform for connection. We are not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or truthfulness of other members. We recommend following our safety guidelines and meeting in public spaces.

9. Intellectual Property

The MrLovesMrs name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
